We are trying something new with this site - a place that you can place a service request, check on the status of your repair, or ask for technical help from a technician. Obviously, if your equipment is not in the South Florida area then you will not be placing a service request! Many of you have equipment in this area that we service or can service and you live in another state so you can use this service. Technical help is available to everyone! Some requests may be time consuming and we will have to charge a fee, so we will let you know if your question falls into this category and what the charge will be. We accept Mastercard and Visa.
